3 new restaurants on Long Island

This colorful and flavorful restaurant specializes in classic Indian dishes and has brought them to Roslyn Heights.

From appetizers to dishes, herbs and spices dominate the menu. dishes like oh ticky ($8.95) and Peppali curry ($27.95) can be found here alongside vegetarian options such as Bhindi Chatkara ($21.95). Mahal Classic Indian also has a bar with typical drinks and a wide selection of wines.

If you like seafood and Greek food, you no longer have to choose between them. Limani Grille is a new Commack subsidiary of Limani Restaurants. Other locations are in New York City and Roslyn and have a similar menu.

The menu offers authentic Greek food and specialties such as spanakopita ($16) and kotopoulo ($35) and of course lots and lots of seafood. A raw food bar is also available so you can choose from oysters and mussels.

The restaurant has a beautiful interior that is perfect for holiday gatherings.

This recently opened restaurant has two specialties and they are both in the name. If you are a lover of tapas and wine, this restaurant is for you.

Iberico Tapas y Vino offers a selection of tapas, small hearty Spanish dishes. Potato tapas, meatballs, squid and much more can be found on the menu. It also has its special Jamon Iberico de Belota ($45) called pata negra (black leg). The dish consists of a ham aged for 36 months alongside acorns.

The restaurant even offers gift vouchers for purchase so you can give a loved one a unique experience of tapas and Spain in St James.
